Completed in 2013, The Touraine is a boutique condominium by Toll Brothers City Living Development and architect Thomas O’Hara. Located in the corner of Lexington Avenue and 65th Street the building’s classically inspired exterior with its elegant Indiana limestone facade, wrought-iron windows and a mansard room, was design by Lucien Lagrange.
15 floors tall and comprised of 22 units ranging from one to five bedrooms. Kitchens feature Calacatta marble countertops, Gaggenau appliances and Sub-Zero refrigerators. The baths feature Waterworks fixtures, custom millwork vanities, and Italian Calacatta and Arctic gray marble.
