She has a deep love for interior design and has personally decorated all of her homes, which further sharpens her eye for quality, proportion, and potential. Real estate became the natural intersection of her passion for the arts and her business acumen, allowing her to advise clients with both creativity and precision.

Katie splits her time between Downtown Manhattan, Miami, and her home in Sagaponack in the Hamptons, giving her first hand insight into the needs of clients who live and invest across multiple markets. She works closely with a high-net-worth, international clientele on primary residences, second homes, and strategic investments. Originally from Athens, where she grew up in Kolonaki, Katie spent her summers between Porto Heli and Patmos. Her ancestral roots trace back to Chios, Greece, and her family’s longstanding involvement in the shipping industry influenced her disciplined, detail-driven approach to real estate.
